The Role

As Assistant Management Accountant in our Residential and Development Finance team, you will provide comprehensive financial support to the Commercial Manager and the wider Development team. You will play a key part in tracking and reporting and ensuring financial accuracy, strategic insight, and compliance with our internal and external standards, with a strong emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, accounting, reporting, and governance. This is a permanent role based at our Fletcher Living Head Office in Penrose.

About You

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role
At least 2 years’ Excel experience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Proactive, organised, and solutions-oriented
Excellent communication skills to deliver a high standard of customer service both to our internal and external stakeholders
