Description

The role:

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused leader to support our Tauranga Branch. This is a permanent, full-time role where you’ll help the Branch Manager lead a successful team, grow customer relationships, and drive sales performance.

Daily you will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of SME trade customers

• Supporting the Branch Manager with planning, coaching, and team motivation

• Collaborating with staff and stakeholders to meet financial targets

• Strengthening customer relationships and enhancing service delivery

• Learning our product range and identifying opportunities for growth

You’ll work closely with a loyal trade customer base, home builders, and commercial clients. While product knowledge is a bonus, we’ll support you with training if you’re eager to learn.

This is a permanent full time position working Monday – Friday + Rostered Saturdays Based out of our Tauranga Branch
