About Us

If we could have it our way, people would talk a little less about housing and a lot more about living. That's because we believe the Kiwi dream is bigger than a quarter acre. It’s about living the life you want. So, we create neighbourhoods designed to nurture living in all its beauty, richness and variety.

Why Join Us?

We’re a high performing business and are proud to say that we have a highly engaged and successful team. We have a fantastic people culture and encourage everyone to bring their full and genuine selves to work. Our workplaces are enriched by many different nationalities, languages, religions, customs and lifestyles. We’re proud of this diversity and understand that it brings a richer and broader perspective to how we operate by helping us connect better with our people and with our customers.

  • Management of the briefing to external designers and consultants, from design process through to consented ready to construct drawings.
  • Recommend design and development opportunities, including scheme design and as appropriate detailed design, view to creating better living spaces and greater efficiencies.
  • Holding regular design meetings with broader team (Architects, Engineers, QS, Construction, Sales)

This truly is a collaborative role where you will gain exposure to the full construction life cycle from the client side.

About You

We are open minded in terms of the background of the successful candidate. You may have come from a design or architecture background yourself as relating to residential work, or you may have come out of a planning and consenting background. The successful person will offer key strengths in verbal and written communication, stake-holder engagement and management, strategic focus, and high levels of commercial savvy.
