What You’ll Do

• Inspire and guide a team of 35+ staff and subcontractors.
• Foster a culture of safety, care, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in transport or logistics management.
• A warm, inclusive leadership style with strong people management skills.
• Financial and operational acumen (P&L) with a focus on service and sustainability.
