Together we support roading, infrastructure and construction projects across Aotearoa, with a growing focus on innovation and more sustainable concrete and aggregates solutions.

Reporting to the Auckland Transport Manager, we are looking for a Transport Supervisor, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of our Auckland fleet (around 28 trucks plus sub‑contractors) across the greater Auckland region.

You will:

Oversee daily dispatch and truck allocation so our fleet and drivers are used safely and efficiently.
Coordinate fleet compliance, repairs and maintenance, including HPMV permits and NZTA requirements.
Provide supportive leadership to drivers and dispatch staff (around 30 people), including coaching and day‑to‑day supervision.
Champion health, safety and wellbeing, encouraging hazard reporting and assisting with incident investigations.
Build positive relationships with sub‑contractors, maintenance providers and customer sites.
Some evening or weekend work may be needed to meet customer needs.

About you:

Class 5 licence (essential) and 2+ years’ heavy vehicle driving experience.
Background in transport/dispatch operations and team supervision or leadership.
Comfortable using data and systems to plan runs and optimise fleet performance.
Good understanding of NZTA and road transport compliance.
Inclusive, calm leadership style with strong communication and relationship skills.

Experience in bulk commodities logistics or pricing is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome people who are ready to step up from senior driver or dispatch roles.
