About the Role

As a BIM Specialist with the Eastern Busway Alliance, you will play a crucial role in implementing the Digital Engineering Management Plan. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate various design, existing, and as-built discipline models into a federated model, serving as the source of truth during construction. Additionally, you will support the team by providing visualisations, training, and managing forecasts.

Manage the modeling of temporary works and provide CAD support as needed.
Create 4D sequences, videos, and other visualisations.
Oversee the collaboration platform (Revizto), perform clash checks, and resolve issues.
Ensure model changes are captured and added to the federated model.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage data collection and storage in compliance with ISO19650 standards.

What you’ll bring to the role

Proven experience as a Digital Engineer/BIM Specialist with a solid understanding of general construction processes.
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in CAD and BIM software, model review software, and 4D software, specifically Fuzor.
Expertise in collaboration platforms such as Revizto and Trimble Stratus (Propeller).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
Exceptional organisational abilities, with the capability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.

About Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA)

EBA includes Auckland Transport, Fletcher Construction, ACCIONA, AECOM, and Jacobs. We’re working on a major project for Auckland, adding dedicated lanes for high-frequency bus services that link Botany, Pakuranga, and nearby suburbs with the Panmure rail network. The project features cycling and walking paths, safety upgrades, environmental enhancements, roading improvements, and a Reeves Road flyover, offering more travel options and more reliable journey times.
