Description

As a Pricing and Insights Analyst at Mico you’ll provide key administration support to our national network of branches, salespeople and category team to deliver customer-focused pricing services and actionable insights. You’ll help maintain and optimise our pricing models, support promotional pricing, and ensure data accuracy across our systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to pricing-related requests 
  • Maintain and update our national pricing model to ensure it remains competitive and market-relevant 
  • Manage customer and project pricing, ensuring supplier quotes and margins are accurate
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolving pricing-related issues within our ERP system (JDE) 
  • Educate our Mico network on pricing opportunities through training and support
Based on site at Mico National Support Office in Penrose, Auckland, this is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday offering 40 hours per week.

About You: 
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring data analysis and reporting experience along with solid administrative and/or coordination skills. You’ll be a natural communicator and relationship builder who puts customers at the heart of
everything you do.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature and committed to delivering great service 
  • Previous experience in a similar corporate administration role preferable within Pricing or Finance
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems – proficient with MS Excel and data entry
  • Experience with JDE or a similar ERP system is advantageous 
  • Industry experience or knowledge is desirable but not essential
