Brian Perry Civil (BPC) is gearing up for an exciting period of growth in the Hawke’s Bay region and we’re looking for talented people to join us on the journey.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work across three waters, structures, and civil construction, now is the perfect time to become part of our expanding Central Region team.

Building a Strong Presence in Hawke’s Bay

BPC Central Region established its Napier base in 2023 after identifying a significant and largely untapped pipeline of work across the region. Operating from a shared office with our Higgins colleagues, our local team have been working hard to embed BPC into the Hawke’s Bay market.

Their efforts are paying off. With $60M of work underway and a healthy pipeline of work it’s clear that our next step is to grow a strong, capable local team that will shape the culture and future of BPC in the region.
