Due to an internal promotion & relocation we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Branch Assistant to join our team in our Coffs Harbour. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, customer service, and administration. You'll be part of a small and collaborative team that values your contributions and supports your professional growth.

In this role, you'll coordinate inventory movements, ensure timely and accurate order follow-up, and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the National Customer Service team and assisting with various branch administration tasks. We are looking for someone with practical experience in warehouse operations, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Preferred Skills and Experience

• Understanding of warehouse activities & requirements

• Confident in forklift operations with a current forklift license (preferred)

• 100% commitment to working in and creating a safe workplace

• Happy to support all EHS activities and processes

• Confident with Microsoft Office and using ERP ie SAP

• Attention to detail and can work to deadlines

• Excellent customer service experience

• Ability to build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

• High energy and engaged personality
