Description

The Role:
As the Branch Engagement Lead, you’ll be the link between our Marketing Team and our branches. You’ll build trusted relationships across the network, ensure national marketing campaigns are executed effectively in-branch, and support branches to deliver impactful local marketing activities.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role ideal for a marketing/internal comms professional who thrives on relationships, enjoys being close to the action, and loves turning strategy into practical execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading branch engagement through regular communications, monthly briefings and feedback sessions 
  • Work closely with Internal Communications and the Marketing Campaign Specialist to ensure seamless execution of customer engagement activities
  • Supporting the execution of nationwide marketing campaigns in-branch, clearly communicating objectives and “the why” 
  • Providing practical guidance on displays, activations and best practice 
  • Supporting branches to deliver local marketing activities such as events, trade days and local promotions 
  • Ensuring local campaigns align with brand standards while maximising local impact 
  • Supporting the rollout of support-office initiatives (e.g. category range reviews) into branches 
  • This role will require occasional domestic travel 

This is a 12-month fix term role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support office in Penrose. 

About you:  
You’re a customer engagement professional who excels at building credible, trusted relationships and confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Working in a similar role for large complex business is preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, briefing and reporting 
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability 
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality execution
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp or similar platforms, along with MS Office and Outlook
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow and show initiative
  • Project management and/or event planning experience (highly regarded)
