The Role:
As the Branch Manager at our Cranford Street branch, you’ll be at the centre of our operations—leading from the front and setting the tone for success. You’ll inspire and guide a diverse team, foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, and ensure the branch consistently delivers on its goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with customers, will be key to driving performance and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive overall branch performance
  • Champion high standards in service delivery and operational excellence
  • Act as the face of the branch for both team members and customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including achieving financial and performance targets
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture
  • Deliver results through strategic planning and effective execution
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week during business operations.  

About you: 
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?  We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Trade industry or have a strong sales background.

  • Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs

  • Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch

  • Committed to health and safety excellence and maintaining branch standards that set the benchmark
  • Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
