The Role:
As the Branch Manager for our Greymouth branch, with oversight of our Hokitika satellite branch, you’ll be at the centre of our West Coast operations. Leading a team of six, you’ll cultivate a strong, collaborative culture and drive high performance across both sites. With our branches holding a significant share of the local market, we’re looking for a steady, people-focused leader who can genuinely connect with our customers, our community, and our suppliers to build lasting, trusted relationships.

  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on leadership role where you will learn all aspects of the branch operations
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
  • Implementing change and leading new processes
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture 
  • Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence 
This is a permanent full-time role. Working within the branch's operational hours. 

About you: 
Are you a strong dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?  We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Plumbing industry or B2B company. You would primarily be in our Greymouth branch, with a little travel to Hokitika to support the team and visiting key customers.
  • Exceptional people skills with a genuine passion for team development 
  • General business acumen and decision-making ability 
  • Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Have a collaborative management style and thrives on seeing your team grow and succeed!
  • A down-to-earth and community-minded person with a focus on long-term, credible relationships
  • Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in sales to help grow branch revenue and drive business success
  • Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
