Description

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to lead our Mico Henderson Branch. This is a hands-on leadership role that will see you working closely with our customers, our team, suppliers, and the community to build strong customer relationships and ensure that they are at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Leading our team of 8 - progression planning, coaching & one on ones. 
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
  • Implementing change and leading new processes
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. 

About you: 
To excel in this role, you need to be a strong people leader and, whilst trade/retail industry knowledge would be great, relationship and leadership skills are what we’re looking for. 
  • General business acumen is required to maximising the profitability of your branch
  • Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans.
  • Have a collaborative management style and thrives on seeing your team grow and succeed!
  • A down-to-earth and community-minded person with a focus on long-term, credible relationships
  • Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch
  • Clean full NZ Drivers Licence
