Are you a people-first leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others and making a positive impact? We’re looking for a confident and collaborative Branch Manager to guide our close-knit team of five at Mico Paraparaumu.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front—nurturing a high-performing team, building long-standing relationships, and helping shape the future of a successful, community-focused branch.

What the Role Looks Like:
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our branch’s success. You’ll support your team to thrive, create a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
You’ll be responsible for:
Encouraging and enabling your team to do their best work every day
Building strong, trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Overseeing branch operations and supporting the achievement of financial goals
Leading and embedding change with care and clear communication
Planning for success through thoughtful, strategic decision-making

🕒 This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)

About You:
You’re a confident and approachable leader who values connection, purpose, and results. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the trade, B2B, or related industries, but just as important is your ability to lead with empathy and clarity.
