The Role:

As the Branch Manager at our Rolleston Branch, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll lead a diverse team of nine, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure the branch meets its performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with customers will be key to your success.

Building strong relationships with our key customers, and internal stakeholders
Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture
Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

About you:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success? We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Trade industry or have a strong sales background.

Exceptional people skills with a genuine passion for team development
General business acumen and decision-making ability
Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
Have a collaborative management style and thrives on seeing your team grow and succeed!
A down-to-earth and community-minded person with a focus on long-term, credible relationships
Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch
A motivated leader with a natural curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
Committed to health and safety excellence and maintaining branch standards that set the benchmark
Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
