About the Role

This is your chance to lead a successful Taupō branch and take it to the next level.

As Branch Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the local trade community—building strong relationships, leading your team, and driving results. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and focused on delivering great customer outcomes every day.

Leading a team of four and reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll:

• Drive branch performance and exceed financial targets

• Lead, coach, and grow a tight-knit team

• Unlock sales opportunities across trade, retail, and commercial

• Strengthen relationships with key Taupō customers and stakeholders

• Work closely with the regional sales team to deliver results

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Taupō. There’s occasional travel for supplier or sales events to build your network.

About You

You’re a leader who knows how to get the best out of people—and build strong relationships along the way.

Industry experience is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your leadership capability, commercial mindset, and ability to connect with customers and your team.
