The Role:
As our Branch Manager at our Te Anau Branch, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll lead a team of 8, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure the branch meets its performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with customer will be key to your success.

  • Building strong relationships with our key customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture 
  • Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence 

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. 

About you: 
  • Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?  We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Trade industry or have a strong sales background. 
  • Exceptional people skills with a genuine passion for team development 
  • General business acumen and decision-making ability 
  • Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Have a collaborative management style and thrives on seeing your team grow and succeed!
  • A down-to-earth and community-minded person with a focus on long-term, credible relationships
  • Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch
  • Clean, full NZ Drivers Licence
