Description

The Role:
As our Branch Manager at our Thames Branch, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll lead a team of 3, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure the branch meets its performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with customer and suppliers will be key to your success.

Building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
Overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial targets
Implementing change and leading new processes
Foster a positive, inclusive and customer focused culture 
Drive branch performance through strategic planning and operational excellence 

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work. 

About you: 
Are you a strong dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving success?  We are ideally looking for a leader who has worked in the Trade industry or B2B company. 
Exceptional people skills with a genuine passion for team development 
Management or project management experience ideally with a civil/pipelines industry 
General business acumen and decision-making ability 
Previous experience in maintaining budget alignment and actively seeking out opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs
Have a collaborative management style and thrives on seeing your team grow and succeed!
A down-to-earth and community-minded person with a focus on long-term, credible relationships
Customer centric and solution focused attitude will pave the way to your success and success of your team and branch
