The Role:
This is a dynamic and hands-on marketing   role that blends strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement. As Mico’s Marketing & Brand Lead, you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the national marketing plan across B2B channels, ensuring strong brand presence, promotional performance, and customer engagement.
Your time will be spent coordinating campaigns, activations, and events across our 66-branch network, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, and driving continuous improvement through insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading the annual promotional calendar and executing weekly, monthly, and hero campaigns
Managing digital content, eDMs, and social media engagement
Coordinating branch activations, trade events, and industry conferences
Collaborating with suppliers, designers, and agencies to develop marketing assets
Gathering and analysing campaign data to drive ROI and future planning

This is a Full Time Fixed Term Role running until October 2026, offering 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday, based in our National Office in Penrose

About you:
You’ll be a proactive and collaborative marketing professional with a passion for trade engagement and brand excellence. Your ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple projects, and handle high volume admin work will be key to success.

Data Driven, high attention to detail who thrives in distribution lists and spreadsheets.
5+ years’ experience in marketing roles with campaign coordination
Strong knowledge of social media, content planning, and reporting
Experience working with designers, suppliers, and agencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is ideal
