We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Manager who enjoys working collaboratively, brings people together around a shared story, and is excited to guide the next chapter of the ColorCote brand.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Shape our brand and communications strategy
  • Own the ColorCote brand – from positioning and value proposition to go to market plans.
  • Share stories about our products, innovation, sustainability and customer value propositions across all customer segments. 
Turn insight into meaningful campaigns
  • Stay close to societal, environmental, market and industry trends, and understand specifier, customer, end user and asset owner needs.
  • Translate these insights into impactful campaigns, content and storytelling that support business growth. 
Lead our digital and channel presence
  • Develop and lead our digital strategy across website and social media, including SEM, SEO, GEO and AEO practices to ensure customers can easily find and engage with ColorCote online. 
Nurture customer relationships
  • Lead a customer communications programme that enhances lifetime value.
  • Design customer journeys that guide the value chain through the pipeline to sale. 
Partner with agencies and your team
  • Build constructive relationships with our creative and media agencies, providing clear, briefs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small team, creating clarity on goals and celebrating progress and success together. 
What you’ll bring

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with others, listens carefully, and communicates in a clear, inclusive and engaging way. 
You will also have
Brand or marketing communications.  
  • Experience in brand management, brand strategy and marketing communications
  • Confidence in building marketing plans and budgets
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing automation tools  
  • Experience with CMS and website content management, plus comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business or marketing discipline (preferred). 
  • Experience in the building or infrastructure industry would be a bonus.
