Oliveri is looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Western Australia. This is a hybrid, self-directed role ideal for a driven professional ready to make a real impact!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships within the architectural and design community to increase product specification for Oliveri
  • Developing networks across the specification and design space, with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Engaging with plumbing and building channels to drive growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams and the Perth-based Retail Representative
  • Representing the brand across WA through regular travel and client engagement
  • Managing a strong sales pipeline and delivering on sales and margin targets
  • Contributing to product development and range reviews with market insights
  • Representing Oliveri with key industry bodies such as HIA, MBA, AIA, and DIA

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for the building industry.

Ideally, you’ll have:
  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within plumbing, building, or construction
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently
  • A self-starter mindset with the flexibility to manage your own schedule
  • Based in Perth or surrounding areas, with the ability to travel throughout WA
  • Open to candidates from outside the industry with relevant BDM experience
  • A business degree (desirable) and a collaborative, humble approach

Support & Onboarding:

You’ll receive support from your National Sales Manager, and you’ll also have ongoing support from a collaborative and well-resourced team across the country.
