The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Fair Dinkum team as a Business Development Manager! This role is designed for someone hungry for sales, who thrives on working on lead generation and getting out and building relationships with our customers and franchisees. You will be responsible for supporting the management and development of our franchisees and customers.

This role is best suited to someone located in Perth or Perth outskirts, with travel required in and around Central WA.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Hit the ground running looking after and growing active accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within territory
  • Segment planning and strategy to achieve KPI’s.
  • Utilise various systems such as Salesforce CRM
  • Maintaining cross functional relationships to ensure best customer experience.
  • Managing budgets to ensure adherence
What we need from you:

We are seeking a self-driven and self-motivated professional with proven success in connecting with differing personalities and building strong relationships. If you have strong communication and time management skills and understand the sales process—especially pipeline development—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

You will be a master of relationships, ensuring retention and growth are at the heart of all conversations. You are a natural, strong, and proactive communicator with unrivalled abilities to influence and build credibility quickly. 

We are keen to meet with candidates that demonstrate recent working history in a business-to-business relationship management position, including Account Management and BDM-type roles. We also encourage applications from candidates who may be looking to ‘step up’ and progress in their career.  We offer mentorship, professional development, and support to help you grow into your new role.

Ideally, you will have experience in or exposure to, operating in a Franchise business model under the Franchise Code of Conduct that will enable you to hit the ground running.  However, more than anything, we value a ‘can-do’ attitude - if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’re here to support your journey.
