About the role

We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our prospect civil pluming branch. Your primary responsibility will be the targeted growth of the civil and commercial plumbing segment across the Sydney metropolitan region, through proactive business development with new and existing accounts. The successful incumbent will be a leader in the region and will be required to work closely with operations to ensure the successful execution of the regional business strategy. This will be a direct result of your people leadership capability and drive towards operational excellence. 

About you

You will be an experienced Business Development Manager with experience working in the civil /commercial plumbing segments. You will demonstrate experience in the development and execution of regional sales strategies. Those candidates who have exposure to both sales and operational leadership will be looked upon favourably; with emphasis placed on coaching, mentoring and developing of teams.
Your experience will be complimented by your natural ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate, driven and results oriented, however this will be balanced by your humility and approachability. 

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a medical, drug and alcohol assessment.
