As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, focused on driving sales and leading a high-performing team in our Dandenong South site. 

Your day will start with strategic planning and dynamic interactions, guiding your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Profit Management: Manage profit to meet and exceed company expectations.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey, gather feedback, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Operational Savvy: Ensure smooth operations, from maintaining displays to managing inventory and following up on quotes.
  • Market Disruption: Drive change and innovation, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to disrupt the market and enhance our engagement.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Handle customer interactions with a high level of emotional intelligence, resolving conflicts effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Your role is multifaceted. You'll develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, using data insights to drive continuous improvement. You'll guide customers through their purchasing journey and follow up on quotes to ensure they say yes.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage various responsibilities effectively.

Is this you?
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer feedback platforms.
  • Operationally savvy with the ability to manage and maintain a retail space.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • Industry-related experience in interior finishes is highly desirable.
