ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing Pink®Batts® team, based in Auckland and covering the wider Auckland region.
This is a role for someone who loves being on the road, opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. Industry experience is a bonus, but attitude, energy, and determination matter even more. If you’re commercially minded, motivated by results, and genuinely passionate about sales, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the Auckland market 
  • Building strong relationships with residential and commercial builders, contractors and key decision makers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing 
  • Growing existing accounts while continuously developing new leads 
  • Representing the Comfortech brand with professionalism and enthusiasm 
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

  • Someone who is proactive, energetic, and highly self-motivated 
  • A confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building rapport 
  • Proven sales or business development experience preferred 
  • Industry experience is advantageous, however we are open to candidates from other industries with the right attitude and ambition 
  • A real chaser who doesn’t wait for opportunities — you create them
