We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team.

Te kaupapa o te mahi - Purpose of the role:

The Head of Ops will be instrumental in advancing the company's growth and success, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Supporting the teams across the country with visibility, communication and engagement, regular planned national travel will be required

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery of central support services, across Winstone Aggregates national footprint, encompassing central engineering needs, circular requirements, project delivery and both internal and external laboratory support.

Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu – What you will bring:

• Passion for providing support and leadership
• Customer focused solutions
• Sense of humour and ability to collaborate
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Extensive management experience at a Senior level with P&L exposure.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
• Quarry and manufacturing experience preferred.
