Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Performance Analyst to join Fletcher Construction.

In this role, you will work closely alongside the Business Performance Manager to support the Finance and Business Unit teams. Your focus will be on the development and maintenance of the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) reporting environment, as well as providing business support in analytical and commercial analysis.

This role requires a strong understanding of multi-dimensional data models and system coding.

What you will bring to the role: 
  • Basic TM1 understanding, with a commitment to developing TM1 expertise
  • Coding experience with a good understanding of coding languages and working knowledge of multi-dimensional models
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Good understanding of data management, comfortable working with complex data sets
  • High numerical understanding
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot trends, anomalies, and errors in data sets and reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership for your work and ability to manage workload to meet timescales
  • Tertiary qualification in mathematics, statistics, or finance
