The Role

We’re seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems within our FMCG factory.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering strategic capital projects that enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting 18-month contract role with potential for extension, depending on future CAPEX approvals. This role will be based at our Crestmead Site.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless installation and commissioning.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including quality and health, safety and environmental.
Provide clear and timely reporting to senior stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive project success.
Champion a Zero Harm culture and ensure safety-first project execution.

About You

Proven experience in project management within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
Engineering or technical background preferred.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational capabilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
