About the Role

We’re seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems within our factories.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering small and large projects that enhance our manufacturing capabilities. Working closely with our engineering & operations teams, contractors, and suppliers, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement.

This is an exciting 18-month contract role with potential for extension, depending on future CAPEX approvals. This role will be based at our Crestmead Site.

Key Responsibilities

Champion a Zero Harm culture and ensure safety-first project execution.
Develop and manage detailed project plans to coordinate internal & external resources, from design through to delivery phases.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including quality and health, safety and environmental.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive project success.

About You

Proven experience in project management within manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environments.
Experience with installation of production lines & associated equipment, including building works, line layout, installation & commissioning.
Ability to manage internal and external resources, including production operators, supervisors, contractors & OEM suppliers.
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational capabilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and systems.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
Engineering or technical background essential.
