Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Category Manager to lead our Panels portfolio! Based in our Auckland office and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll join a vibrant, close-knit team that thrives on authenticity, ambition, and a good laugh. This role offers the chance to take ownership of the category strategy, driving growth, creativity, and market impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Implementing a category strategy to drive growth in our Panels portfolio.
Staying ahead of trends and creating unique market differentiation through innovative solutions.
Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to build a category plan grounded in insights.
Leading product launches and improvements to ensure our offerings exceed customer needs.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and industry experts to enhance our influence and reach.

What You’ll Bring:

2-3 years of experience in category or product management.
Proven ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.
Experience bringing new products to market.
A track record of executing successful category and channel strategies.
Commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and persuasive influence.
A confident, data-driven approach to decision-making and P&L management.
A collaborative, growth-focused attitude with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
