We’re looking for a Certified Plant Manager to lead our Invercargill plant with warmth, confidence, and a focus on people.

What you’ll be doing

Creating a safe, respectful, and high‑performing environment for your team
Overseeing daily plant operations, including batching, logistics, and dispatch
Providing hands‑on operational support when needed
Building warm, responsive relationships with customers
Managing production quality, plant performance, and maintenance
Ensuring accurate administration of raw materials, orders, and reporting
Supporting team development, training, and capability uplift
Promoting the Firth values through everyday leadership
