Our Role

Our job is to create great concrete efficiently, stick to schedules, and deliver excellent customer service. As the Plant Supervisor - Marsden, you’ll oversee daily operations on site while also providing batching cover across Northland plants. You’ll manage production ensuring every batch meets our high standards, support and guide Certified Drivers, and step in wherever needed to keep production flowing.

This role requires someone who is competent in Dorner and Command batch systems, with the confidence to operate independently and support other sites when required. 

Teamwork is highly valued, and your leadership plays a crucial part in it. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on tasks, so flexibility and a strong work ethic is essential.
