Description

Firth Te Rapa is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Certified Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations at one of our concrete manufacturing plants.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
Lead and support a team of plant operators and drivers
Manage production schedules, inventory, and maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with environmental and health & safety regulations
Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

NZ Certificate in Concrete Production (or equivalent advantageous)
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
Commercial acumen - understand operating costs and levers
