About the position:

We are seeking a dynamic Claims Officer to join our Finance Team. This purpose of this role is to work with our experienced and close-knit Claims team to help manage the credit claims process and minimise warranty claims across the Stramit business. This role will assist in coordinating continuous improvement initiatives across the business to lead to a reduction in warranty costs, holding a solutions driven mindset.

This is a full-time opportunity, open to being based at either our Knoxfield (VIC) or Erskine Park (NSW) sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the claims process within the claim’s portal, ensuring all relevant information is attached and key stakeholders are communicated with to resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to prevent issue recurrence and provide feedback to key departments.
  • Conduct regular audits of credit claims, ensuring data integrity for amounts, customer details, and approvals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Comply with site and company safety policies and procedures.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…
  • Strong experience with working with others in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in Credit or Claims Management highly regarded.
  • Proactive mentality with a keen interest in continually building your own skillset and helping others.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Tech savvy with Excel and computer skills
