About the position:

We’re looking for a motivated team player to support our credit and claims processes across the Stramit business. This role is ideal for someone early in their career — perhaps a recent graduate or someone with a background in admin, finance support, or data coordination — who’s ready to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values accuracy, communication, and continuous improvement. The work is fast-paced but structured, with clear processes and plenty of opportunities to learn. This purpose of this role is to work with our experienced and close-knit Claims team to help manage the credit claims process and minimise warranty claims across the Stramit business.

This is a full-time opportunity, based at our Knoxfield (VIC) site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating credit and warranty claims through our internal portal
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
  • Auditing claims data for accuracy (pricing, stock, customer details, approvals)
  • Supporting reporting and improvement initiatives across the team
  • Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to admin tasks
  • Confidence using Excel and other systems to manage data
  • Great communication skills — written and verbal
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience in a high-volume admin, finance support, or customer service role is helpful but not essential
