We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to join our business in this key role based in Auckland.  Reporting to the commercial manager, you will provide business partnering to our supply chain and distribution functions and across the organisation, provide analysis, reporting, and insights, drive business performance improvement, develop insightful/efficient reporting tools, and prepare business cases to ensure ROI on strategic initiatives. 

As a finance or commercial professional, you will have a track record of implementing best practices in financial and business information processes and systems and be comfortable with financial risk and leading a change.  Strong Excel skills is required, and expertise in Power BI is preferred, alongside an understanding of inventory standards, manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will be adept at applying critical thinking and analysis to current business processes, will have sound negotiation and problem-solving skills and be comfortable challenging the norm and established processes.

Tertiary qualified in accounting/finance, your accomplishments will show you have achieved success in dynamic business environments and will testify to your business acumen and analytical skills.  
You will need to be a strategic thinker, self-motivated, positive and persistent.  Prior exposure to operating within large manufacturing or related industry environments will facilitate your success, as will your ability to communicate effectively within the company at all levels, as well as with outside parties.
