As the Commercial Contracts Manager, you will report to the National Shared Services Manager and play a pivotal role in managing Tradelink’s key commercial supply contracts, overseeing the entire lifecycle from tender phase through to administration and close out.


You'll work closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution while balancing risk and price according to Tradelink’s requirements.


Ready for the challenge? Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Excellent understanding of the process of creating, negotiating, and executing contracts and other legal agreements between an organization and outside parties.
  • You will be the contact person interacting directly with the client or partner and serving as the liaison between those parties and internal teams or stakeholders.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, resolving conflict and overseeing direct contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with the execution of contracts, contracts law and legal terminology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity and shifting priorities in line with business demand.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with ERP tools such as JD Edwards or similar is a plus.


About you:

  • Previous experience with construction contracts
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with the tender process and SLA's
  • 3+ years contracts experience
