As they start the next 100 years, they are seeking an inspiring Commercial Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and optimize profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead a diverse team, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial management role with a strong finance background.
• Qualified accountant with a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA).
• Expertise in financial analysis, planning, and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to think strategically while paying attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in the construction industry.
