Compliance Coordinator

About the Role
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will coordinate Easysteel's compliance programme, ensuring supplier certifications, product testing, surveillance activities, audits, and compliance records are effectively managed and maintained. You'll work closely with procurement, operations, sales teams, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to keep the business audit-ready and compliant. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier compliance, certifications, and onboarding activities
  • Maintain compliance records and certification databases
  • Coordinate surveillance testing and product evaluations
  • Support annual third-party audits and corrective actions
  • Monitor changes to industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Produce regular compliance reporting and performance tracking
  • Drive process improvements and audit readiness initiatives
  • Support post-purchase order processes, including ETA management and contract alignment
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in compliance, quality, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
  • Strong administration and document management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confidence working across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
