About the Role

Join our Three Waters team as a Construction Worker, where you’ll help deliver essential water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. You’ll be part of a supportive crew that values practical skill, good communication, and looking after one another. Whether you’re starting out or building on existing experience, you’ll have opportunities to grow.

Carry out day‑to‑day construction activities under the guidance of your foreman
Contribute to safe, well‑organised work sites by following plans and safety practices
Use tools, equipment, and small plant safely and with care
Support tasks such as excavation, trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation
Participate in daily briefings, inspections, and pre‑start checks
Build your skills and take part in training that supports your pipeline construction certification

What You’ll Bring

Previous civil construction experience
Class 1 full licence
Skills in trenching, excavation, small plant, backfill, or pipeline installation is beneficial
A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing, and looking out for others
Ability to work well with teammates and communicate clearly
Reliability, good time management, and readiness to learn
Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work in an outdoor environment
A practical approach, with confidence using tools and following step‑by‑step instructions
