About the Role

Join our Three Waters team as a Construction Worker, where you’ll help deliver essential water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. You’ll be part of a supportive crew that values practical skill, good communication, and looking after one another. Whether you’re starting out or building on existing experience, you’ll have opportunities to grow.

  • Carry out day‑to‑day construction activities under the guidance of your foreman
  • Contribute to safe, well‑organised work sites by following plans and safety practices
  • Use tools, equipment, and small plant safely and with care
  • Support tasks such as excavation, trenching, backfilling, and pipeline installation
  • Participate in daily briefings, inspections, and pre‑start checks
  • Build your skills and take part in training that supports your pipeline construction certification


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous civil construction experience 
  • Class 1 full licence
  • Skills in trenching, excavation, small plant, backfill, or pipeline installation is beneficial
  • A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing, and looking out for others
  • Ability to work well with teammates and communicate clearly
  • Reliability, good time management, and readiness to learn
  • Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work in an outdoor environment
  • A practical approach, with confidence using tools and following step‑by‑step instructions
