About the Role

You’ll be part of a specialist team delivering piling and ground engineering works on major infrastructure projects. This is hands-on, physical, and highly skilled work where no two days are the same.

Working with piling crews and supporting plant on site, including piling rigs and cranes
Assisting with bored piles, driven piles, anchors, and ground improvement works
Rigging, lifting, pumping concreting, and reinforcement placement
Setting up sites and keeping them running efficiently
Working closely with operators, foremen, and engineers
Playing your part in maintaining a tight, safety-first work environment

What You’ll Bring

We’re keen to hear from both experienced piling crew and solid construction workers ready to step up.

Experience in civil construction, piling, drilling, or heavy groundworks
A strong work ethic — you show up, get stuck in, and back your team
Good awareness of health & safety on active construction sites
Confidence working around machinery and heavy equipment
Class 1 licence (WTR or Class 2+ a bonus)
A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn
