About the Role

We are excited to introduce a newly designed Contract Administration Officer within our Major Projects Team. As the Contract Administration Officer, you play a key role in supporting large and complex project bids and contracts from submission through to delivery. Day to day, you will coordinate tender and contract documentation, support internal approvals, and help ensure submissions and contracts are accurate, compliant and delivered on time. In this role you will work closely with Sales, Estimating, Legal and other internal stakeholders to align commercial, technical and contractual information and ensure risks are identified and managed early.

Once projects are awarded, you will support contract setup, documentation control and ongoing administration, including progress claims, variations, reporting and record keeping within business systems. Your work will directly contribute to protecting margin, improving governance and supporting successful project delivery. As this is a newly created role, there is genuine opportunity to help shape processes, build capability and grow your commercial, technical and stakeholder skillset as the business continues to grow.

Does This Sound Like You?
  • Exposure in contract administration, project coordination or a related role 
  • Exposure to legal documentation could be advantageous in this position. 
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing documentation and deadlines 
  • Understanding of contracts, pricing, margin and risk (or willingness to learn) 
  • Clear communicator who works well with internal teams and customers 
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling priorities 
  • Confident using business systems, documentation and reporting tools
