About the position:

We are seeking a dynamic Credit Officer to join our Finance Team. This purpose of this role is to work with our experienced and close-knit Credit team in supporting the Stramit business by managing collections, account reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties.  This is a full time opportunity, based at our Crestmead site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection and management of a portfolio of active trade accounts.
  • Daily customer payment allocation and processing of receipts.
  • Reconciliation and resolution of customer queries and claims.
  • Review and release of sales orders on credit hold.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with account customers, internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, we’re looking for…
  • Strong experience with working with customers in a busy environment.
  • Experience in AR or Credit Management highly regarded.
  • Proactive mentality with a keen interest in continually building your own skillset and helping others.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Tech savvy, experience with excel including v lookup.
