About Your Future Role!

Join a bright and supportive team as a Credit Officer at our Strathpine office, where your expertise in credit and risk management will make a real impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting effective credit practices that promote financial stability and responsible growth. In this role you will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, using your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to manage credit applications, monitor accounts, and ensure timely payments.

This is more than just a collections role — it’s an opportunity to be a trusted advisor and problem-solver. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, build strong relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement in our credit processes. Does this Sound Like You? 
  • Proven experience using PPSR to assess and onboard new clients with confidence.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a background in data processing and administration
  • A solid understanding of credit risk and client security screening to safeguard the business
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets, especially in collections or credit control.
  • Proficiency in JDE or similar CRM systems
  • Advanced skills in Excel & Microsoft Office
  • You have an influencing communication style
