About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Officer who enjoys balancing the numbers with strong customer engagement. You’ll join our close‑knit and supportive Credit Team, working together to keep the business moving by managing collections, resolving queries and building positive relationships with our customers.

This is a full‑time role based at our Crestmead (QLD) site.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of active trade credit accounts.
Complete daily payment allocations and receipting.
Investigate and resolve account queries, discrepancies and claims.
Review and release sales orders placed on credit hold.
Partner with both customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth account operations and positive payment behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed here, you’ll bring solid Credit or Accounts Receivable experience and the confidence to manage conversations with customers in a fast‑paced environment.

You will also have:

Strong background in credit, collections, or AR – essential.
Proven experience managing customer accounts and resolving account issues.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a calm, solutions‑focused style.
Confidence using technology (Excel skills including v‑lookups are ideal).
A proactive mindset — you like improving processes and supporting your team.
