About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity at Iplex Strathpine for an innovative, data-driven Customer Care & Claims Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical to our success and reflects the importance we place on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work at the intersection of major projects, customer service, and quality, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table. A natural problem-solver, you’ll listen actively, respond with empathy, and develop effective solutions for customers in a timely manner. Your attention to detail will be key as you assess each claim to ensure it meets all requirements and validity standards

In this role, you’ll combine analytical precision with a personable approach. You’ll manage end-to-end warranty and customer claims with confidence, ensuring accuracy and compliance, even in challenging conversations. Your ability to craft professional, high-level communications will set you apart, as will your knack for reporting and maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms. We want someone who thrives on continuous improvement, embraces innovation, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team where collaboration and energy matter.

Ideal Experience Required

  • Previous experience in claim management, customer service or sales
  • Understanding of the building products, trade, or plumbing sector
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints
  • You are confident in negotiation and communication
  • Skills in Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Experience in adapting to a rapidly changing work environment
  • Bright and confident personality that can show empathy
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
