At Winstone Wallboards, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors, and we are now looking for a friendly, energetic and dynamic Customer Experience Assistant to join our team and be the heartbeat of our Mount Wellington office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and employees where no two days will be the same. Responsibilities will include:
  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, welcome and helpful environment, as well as manage meeting rooms, handle mail and couriers, and ensure our back office is well-stocked.
  • Customer Support: Send out GIB® literature, manage stock levels, and support event bookings and collateral. Handle incoming calls and provide information as required.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain our sites, liaise with security, and order consumables to keep everything running smoothly, such as stationery or catering.
  • Health & Safety Champion: Promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all HSE standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working in a complex role across office administration and/or reception, where you’re able to navigate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong digital literacy, excellent planning and organising abilities, and a proactive approach to improving ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and delighting both internal and external customers.
  • Thrive in an independent environment where your daily focus on customer satisfaction drives everything you do.
