The Tradelink Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Experience Superstar to join our team. This role primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer support for online website orders and resolving technical issues encountered by our retail and Trade customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via email, and phone regarding online orders, product inquiries, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website navigation, account login, payment processing, and other online functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, logistics, and sales to address complex customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and website updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Ready for the challenge? Here’s what you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online payment gateways.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Experience using Salesforce Service Cloud preferred.
  • Be team focused with the ability to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
  • Full working rights in Australia (unrestricted).
