As a Customer Project Coordinator, you hold a crucial position in our organization, enabling us to meet the demanding requirements of our market and ensuring prompt, accurate, and secure order fulfilment for our customers.

About the Role
We have a newly created role to support our growing customer demand. As our Customer Project Coordinator, based in Onehunga, Auckland, you will handle the day-to-day running of our shed projects. You will be a dedicated point of contact for all customer orders.  Take over and handle projects from order entry, vendor management, logistics and inventory management, through to supply, warranty, and everything in between. You will coordinate the functions between office, factory, supplier, sales and customers. You will focus on seamless communication with customers on all aspects of their orders.  

This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation, and you need to be customer and sales centric.  To excel in this role, you will need to: 
  • Manage day-to-day operations of sheds projects.
  • Ensure accurate data capturing of orders and procurement needs.
  • Manage and coordinate project orders, including inventory, logistics and delivery requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sales, production, suppliers, and logistics companies to ensure orders for customers are aligned to project timelines.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure all job administration is completed.

What you Will Bring:
  • At least 2-3 years in a similar role with experience in the steel or building industry advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience working in a customer focussed environment with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with exceptional service delivery to our customers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in MS Word, Outlook, Power BI.
