About the Position

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team at the Maddington branch.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key support to our Customer Service team. You’ll handle a mix of customer enquiries, admin tasks, and coordination work - all while helping us deliver a smooth and positive experience for every customer who interacts with Stramit.  This is a full time, permanent position, based onsite Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support across phone and online channels.
  • Deliver excellent administrative support, including data entry, managing incoming post, and answering all calls to the Customer Service team.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide outstanding customer solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries and support the team with day to day operational tasks.

  • Support safety practices and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and reliable service.
About You
  • A customer service hero who enjoys helping people and solving problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in an admin or customer service environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to adapt in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy - experience with portals or CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Commercially aware and able to understand the impact of great service.
  • Values driven, aligned with Protect, Better Together, Be Bold, Customer Leading.
