About the role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the voice of Laminex, helping customers across Australia with orders, product enquiries, deliveries and general support.
You'll work closely with customers, sales teams and operational teams to ensure every interaction is a positive one.

Your day may include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Tracking deliveries and providing updates
  • Resolving customer issues and finding practical solutions
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and information
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll play an important role in helping our customers keep their projects moving.

  • Prior experience in contact centres, customer service and administration will be highly regarded
